Highlight of a trendy party hosted by Guess, ANTM in partnership with StarWorld
KL was set on fashionable blaze when Cycle 20 of “America’s Next Top Model (ANTM) finalists - Jourdan Miller, Marvin Cortes, Cory Hindroff, Renee Bhagwandeen and Chris Hernandez hit the city. Hosted by GUESS and StarWorld – the Malaysian Broadcaster of the series, the party of all parties kept to its promise by sizzling and dazzling the local ANTM enthusiasts.
ANTM Cycle 20 aired in Malaysia on StarWorld was the first cycle with a different twist which features boys and girls living under one roof and battling it out to earn the prestigious title of “America’s Next Top Model”. It all comes down to the fittest, fiercest of the lot where one of these finalists will be named the winner. The ultimate winner will receive among the many impressive prizes, a USD100,000 national ad campaign with GUESS, whose advertising campaigns have launched many modeling careers. GUESS was one of the main prize sponsors for ANTM Cycle 20.
To celebrate GUESS’ association with ANTM Cycle 20, finalists Jourdan Miller, Marvin Cortes, Cory Hindroff, Renee Bhagwandeen and Chris Hernandez sauntered into town on 9th December 2013. The event on 10th December 2013 featured all five finalists sashaying down the runway with 15 local models in GUESS outfits showcased throughout ANTM Cycle 20 and from our Holiday 2013 Collections amidst admiring fans cheering, whistling and snapping away on their phones and cameras.
Held at The Butter Factory Kuala Lumpur, the hip and happening party was definitely of colossal proportions with Nadine Ann Thomas, Miss Universe Malaysia 2010 on the decks as opening DJ and Allan Wu (host of Amazing Race Asia) & Deborah Henry taking centre stage as Emcee duo of the night. Entertainment was provided by Joe Flizzow, top Malaysian rapper and Elecoldxhot, hip hop dance crew who were winners of 8TV's Showdown 2011 whilst top Malaysian DJ duo, DJ Goldfish and Blink pumped the night away with the finest dance music. In addition, fun photo booths and lucky draw giveaways made noise. Photo opportunities with the finalists of ANTM Cycle 20 plus a chance to hobnob with local celebrities and famous personalities were also a staple of the night.Photos and comments can be shared using the official hashtag #LOVEGUESS which is aimed at promoting GUESS widely on Social Media like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to create much noise and hype for the event.
